Arbor Gallery Presents Eclecticism, a Diverse Exhibition of Recent Work by 19 Artists
CARMEL, NY — Arbor Gallery will present Eclecticism: A Diverse Group of Artists Display Their Latest Work, on view from August 5 through August 30, 2026. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, August 8, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Curated by artist and longtime gallery organizer Mary Ann Glass, Eclecticism brings together 19 artists working across a broad range of media, styles and subject matter. The exhibition includes both two- and three-dimensional artwork, offering visitors an opportunity to experience many distinct artistic perspectives within a single show.
Featured work will include oil and acrylic painting, photography, digitally blended imagery, collage, prints, pottery, porcelain painting and shadow boxes. Subjects and approaches range from still lifes, landscapes and natural forms to abstraction, surrealism and imaginative narrative imagery.
“Eclecticism reflects the individuality of the artists and the strength of bringing many creative voices together,” said Kelly Edwards, owner and curator of Arbor Gallery. “The exhibition gives visitors the opportunity to move between different materials, subjects and styles, while discovering the connections that emerge when such varied work shares the same space.”
Participating artists include Susan Angeles, Donna Castelluccio, Greg Chadwick, Phyllis Chadwick, Susan DiGilio, Virginia Donovan, Carolyn Edlund, Maureen Gates, Mary Ann Glass, Dan Goldman, Pat Hart, Linda Hubbard, Galina Krassova, Nansi Lent, Lori Lillimagi-Boehm, Mary-Anne Ramirez, Mark Thibodeau, Lois Walsh and Lisa Winaka.
The public is invited to attend the opening reception on August 8 to meet participating artists and view the exhibition.
