Riverside Auction: Plein Air Revival Garrison Art Center’s annual Riverside Art Auction on Saturday, May 12.

This year we are returning to the plein air roots of this event! The live auction on Garrison’s Landing will exclusively offer paintings created “on location” throughout the lower Hudson Valley that very day. Come early to observe the painters, enjoy a relaxing lunch or picnic in Cold Spring before heading down to the landing for viewing in the galleries and the auction under the tent.  Nicholas Lowry, President and Principal Auctioneer of Swann Galleries of New York City and popular appraiser on Antiques Roadshow will once again serve as auctioneer. There will a martini bar in the gazebo, complimentary light refreshments, and other special surprises!

 

Our galleries will also feature 70+ silent auction works open for bid until May 20.
