3011 Route 9D, Cold Spring, NY 10516 The annual “Hoot” music festival at Little Stony Point Citizens Association Volunteer Center with adjoining park will take place September 8th, 2024 12-6pm. This Pete Seeger-inspired event is free, the music is lively, and the scenery along the Hudson River can’t be beat! So, bring a picnic basket, and come have a Hoot on a lazy summer afternoon! If available please walk, bike, train or carpool as parking is very limited.
