Pluto and Beyond at the Kent Library May 16

Michael Zeilnhofer will be back at Kent Public Library on Tuesday, May  16th from 6:30-7:30 to present Pluto and Beyond! Pluto has a long history with its recent demotion to dwarf planet status, but still is near and dear to everyone including the New Horizon’s team. Once New Horizon ventured out to Pluto, we began to learn much more about our tiny planet. This presentation will detail the discovery of Pluto, its formation, its current planet status, as well as the other dwarf planets that reside in both the Kuiper Belt and Oort Cloud. . This program is for those 10 and up. Registration is required.
