The Putnam County Health Department, in partnership with Westchester Medical Center’s Teen Mobile Van, will be hosting our 3rd Annual Teen Health Day on December 2nd from 9:30 a.m. – 4pm at the Carmel Fire Department, 94 Gleneida Ave., Carmel, NY. Open to anyone between the ages of 13 – 24 years old. We will be providing FREE and CONFIDENTIAL health screenings- including HIV Testing, STD screenings, mental health and substance abuse referrals, and more. There will be many community organizations available to answer questions that the teens may have on a wide range of topics related to Teen/Public Health issues. NO question is OFF-LIMITS.
We will be having food and refreshments and will raffle off great prizes like Carmel cinema tickets, Monster mini golf and many more……
